A new month has begun and life continues. We still need to practice self-care each day by taking time for ourselves to do something that makes our hearts sing. Something else to remember is to be kind and generous, not only to others in actions, but to ourselves in thought as well. This includes any thoughts we have, even if we don’t verbalize them.

Words Matter
Words are energy and words matter. They are very powerful and as you know can hurt or heal. They are a tool, like a machete that can either bring about good or harm. We usually go about our days swinging around our words willy-nilly totally unaware of the consequences. If we realized just how powerful our words are, we would be sure to take more care with them.
Watch your thoughts, for they become your words,
Watch your words, for they become your actions,
Watch your actions for they become your habits.
Watch your habits, for they become your character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.
We are the only inhabitants on the earth plane with spoken language. The Bible states in John 1:1, In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
So we are co-creating all the time. As we send words out to the universe, the universe responds. The words we send out will attract experiences that resonate with them and bring it to us to experience. That is right; the universe will conform to our thoughts and words!
