The Spring Equinox, also known as the vernal equinox, marks the moment when day and night are nearly equal in length. Occurring around March 20th each year in the Northern Hemisphere, it signals the official start of spring. During the equinox, the sun crosses the celestial equator, resulting in balanced daylight and darkness for most locations around the world.
This event has been celebrated for centuries in various cultures, symbolizing renewal, growth, and new beginnings. Many traditions and festivals are held to welcome the warmer weather and the return of blossoming plants.
This is also a time to plant seeds with the intention of nurturing them during the growing season until the autumn harvest. Ask yourself what you want to accomplish this year, be specific, and focus or imagine how your accomplishment will look. Again, be specific. Think about it in vivid detail, make the colors brilliant, feel how it feels, see how it looks, hear what you hear regarding this success as though it’s already come to fruition.
Your brain believes everything you tell it, so tell yourself only positive, healthy things and take steps toward your goal with confidence, like success is already yours!
You get more of what you focus on!
Be Healthy,
Be Happy,
Enjoy Spring!
